Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

DELIVERY

CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY (RETURNS / EXCHANGES)
At our store, your satisfaction is a top priority. However, for hygiene reasons and common sense, underwear (including lingerie) cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy protects your health and ensures the impeccable quality of the products we offer.

Before placing your order, we strongly recommend that you:

  • Contact us via the online chat, accessible from the Contact page or directly via the icon at the bottom right of the website. Our dedicated team will be delighted to answer any questions you may have or guide you in your choices.

ORDER CANCELLATION
We understand that last-minute changes can happen. That’s why we accept order cancellations within 24 hours of confirmation.

After this time, the order will be processed and considered final. No modifications or cancellations will be possible.

If you change your mind after this period, we invite you to receive the ordered items as per our terms, as retroactive cancellations cannot be granted.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Noticed an error in the delivery address? Don’t worry! Address changes can be requested within 12 hours of order confirmation.

  • If we receive your request within this timeframe, we will do our best to update the address before shipment.
  • After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that your request will be accommodated, especially if your order is already being processed or shipped.

In such cases, the order will be delivered to the original address provided. We recommend double-checking all information before confirming your purchase.

  • LOST ITEMS
    Loss during shipment: If an item is lost during transit, before its delivery is officially recorded, we will replace the lost item free of charge with an identical one.
  • Loss after official delivery: Once the tracking status indicates that your package has been delivered ("delivered"), our responsibility ends. If the package is lost after this stage, it will not be replaced or refunded.

We encourage you to closely monitor your packages and ensure their proper receipt.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
Depending on the laws in your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and depend on local regulations.

We ship all orders under the DDU ("Delivered Duty Unpaid") terms, meaning these fees are not collected at the time of your purchase on our site. If your order is subject to such fees, they must be paid to the customs authorities to allow the package to clear customs and be delivered.

If these fees are not paid:

  • The package cannot be returned or refunded.
  • We encourage you to contact your local customs office for detailed information on any applicable fees before placing your order.
